For select projects — for example, GNR Anvaya Icon City Villas — Wealth Estate acts as an independent marketing and channel partner for the developer, GNR Infra Developers, rather than as the developer itself.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to genuinely exploring or enquiring about property. You agree not to misuse the site's forms, content or contact channels, including submitting false enquiries or attempting to access the site in a way that could disable, overburden or impair it.

3. Listing information & pricing

Prices, availability, floor plans, specifications and configurations shown on this site are indicative and provided for general reference only. They are subject to change without notice and may not reflect current availability. Always confirm current pricing, title status, approvals and specifications directly with our team before making any decision or payment.

4. Verification process

Where we describe a listing as "verified," this refers to our own internal five-step check (title and ownership chain review, encumbrance certificate check, physical site visit, approval/compliance confirmation, and readiness for agreement) at the time of listing. It is not a substitute for independent legal due diligence, and we encourage every buyer to conduct their own verification, including through a qualified lawyer, before completing a transaction.

5. Channel-partner projects

Some projects featured on this site, including GNR Anvaya Icon City Villas, are developed by third parties. Wealth Estate markets these projects and assists with enquiries and site visits, but the developer remains solely responsible for construction, approvals, delivery timelines and after-sales obligations relating to their project.

7. Intellectual property
